About The Role This role oversees accounting reconciliations for a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables and adherence to performance standards. Responsibilities include managing operations team outputs, completing accounting tasks end-to-end, and supporting colleague development through coaching.

Responsibilities

• Managing and overseeing the completion and delivery of accounting reputed company services for Defined Contribution clients, particularly cash and investment reconciliations.
• Providing reputed company of accounting work performed by operations teams in a virtual environment.
• Meeting regularly with operations managers in accounting delivery.
• Performing reputed company associated accounting tasks for select clients with contractual requirements.
• Monitoring client delivery metrics reputed company to accounting services. Understand contractual service level requirements.

• Consulting internally and with clients as appropriate regarding accounting-reputed company topics associated with plan design changes, acquisitions, mergers, and divestitures.

• Supporting client plan audits and reporting.
• Identifying training opportunities and implementing necessary action steps by working alongside performance team managers.
• Conducting root cause analysis to understand gaps in administration that could impact money flow. Suggesting and implementing improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Possess accounting skills
• Possess an understanding of defined contribution domain
