Role Description We're looking for a Healthcare Accountant / Controller to become a key member of our finance team. This position offers far more than traditional accounting responsibilities—you'll play an integral role in helping drive the financial health of a growing healthcare organization while partnering closely with leadership and our reputed company Cycle Management (RCM) Director. Your work will directly support the systems and processes that allow our clinical teams to focus on delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance and reconciliations.

- Process and manage payroll.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable reputed company.

- Support month-end and year-end reputed company processes.
- Assist with audit preparation and tax-reputed company documentation.
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and healthcare accounting best practices.

Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare accounting is required.
- Behavioral health accounting experience is strongly preferred.
- CPA designation is preferred but not required.
- Experience with bookkeeping, payroll, financial reporting, and general accounting functions.
- Understanding of healthcare reputed company cycle concepts is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
