Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Consultation

  • Greet every visitor with a friendly, professional demeanor and assess their unique needs.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to recommend the most appropriate arenaflex products and services, from basic document printing to large‑format signage and international shipping.
  • Provide accurate pricing, turnaround times, and product specifications, ensuring customers understand all options.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly, turning potential issues into positive experiences.

Production & Equipment Management

  • Operate a variety of printing, binding, and finishing equipment safely and efficiently, following arenaflex standard operating procedures.
  • Prepare and assemble parcels for shipment, including packaging, labeling, weighing, and documentation.
  • Maintain equipment cleanliness, perform routine troubleshooting, and coordinate service calls when needed.
  • Monitor inventory levels of paper, inks, binders, and shipping supplies; restock shelves to ensure uninterrupted workflow.

Store Operations & Financial Duties

  • Process sales transactions through the Point‑of‑Sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, and electronic payments accurately.
  • Perform daily cash reconciliation, close‑out procedures, and bank deposits in line with arenaflex financial policies.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring product displays, signage, and promotional materials are current and attractive.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment, adhering to all health, safety, and security protocols.

Team Collaboration & Development

  • Support new‑hire onboarding and ongoing training for fellow associates, sharing best practices and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to identify process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and boost profitability.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, contributing ideas that align with arenaflex’s quality‑driven culture.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in retail, communications, or related fields is a plus.
  • Minimum of six (6) months of experience in a customer‑facing retail environment, preferably with exposure to printing, graphics, or shipping services.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in plain language.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 55 lb, and perform repetitive motions such as bending, twisting, and reaching.
  • Demonstrated reliability—consistent attendance, punctuality, and adherence to scheduled work hours.

  • Experience operating digital printers, large‑format plotters, or binding equipment.
