Key Responsibilities

  • Settlement Management: Review, reconcile, and settle customer shipments; prepare and submit monthly claims with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Invoice Creation: Generate invoices and billing statements in QuickBooks, ensuring all data aligns with contractual terms and shipment details.
  • Customer Reporting: Produce settlement reports, format them for clarity, and email them to customers, providing explanations for any variances.
  • Log Verification: Audit customer logs for completeness, flag discrepancies, and coordinate with operations teams to resolve issues.
  • Electronic & Paper Filing: Maintain organized filing systems both digitally (SharePoint, cloud storage) and in physical form, adhering to arenaflex’s document‑retention policies.
  • Cross‑Functional Communication: Serve as a liaison between customers, logistics coordinators, and finance teams to address shipment report discrepancies and answer inquiries.
