Key Responsibilities
- Data Acquisition & Entry: Receive, validate, and input daily FBI fingerprint records into the Access database, ensuring 100% accuracy and adherence to privacy standards.
- Compliance Verification: Cross‑check fingerprint submissions against TSA Clearinghouse data, U.S. Customs records, and internal HR policies to confirm completeness and correctness.
- Document Management: Maintain organized electronic files for each employee’s background check, including CHRC (Criminal History Records Check) results, TSA clearance letters, and related correspondence.
