Why This Role Matters

The Senior CRM Customer Acquisition Engineer is a pivotal member of our engineering community, responsible for designing, building, and evolving the high‑performance platforms that power our customer acquisition funnel. Key Responsibilities

  • Architect Scalable Systems: Scope, design, and implement resilient, distributed services that handle high transaction volumes with low latency.
  • Product Definition & Delivery: Translate business objectives into technical solutions, driving product definition from concept through production.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across the software lifecycle—requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment—to ensure alignment and quality.

Essential Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional software development experience with at least two modern languages (Java, C++, Python, or C#) and strong object‑oriented design skills.
  • 3+ years designing and building architecture for new and existing systems, emphasizing reliability, scalability, and performance.
  • 3+ years hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and a deep understanding of cloud‑native patterns.
  • 2+ years working with open‑reputed company frameworks and contributing to community‑driven projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of web service integration (REST/SOAP) and middleware technologies such as Apache Camel, Spring, and Spring Boot.

Compensation, Perks & Benefits
