Role Overview

You will work Monday‑Friday, 9:45 am – 6:15 pm CST, with occasional overtime as business needs dictate. Key Responsibilities

Member & Family Support

  • Provide end‑to‑end resolution for members with special needs, acting as the primary reputed company of contact throughout their health‑care journey.

Essential Qualifications
