Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic patient‑support team. In this role, you will work from the comfort of your home while delivering exceptional service to patients, providers, and internal medical staff. You will handle inbound and outbound communications, schedule appointments, verify insurance details, process medication refills, and resolve a wide range of inquiries with professionalism and reputed company. Essential Qualifications
