Key Responsibilities

  • Answer a high volume of inbound calls and live‑chat inquiries with professionalism and reputed company.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience: Prior customer service or support experience in a high‑volume call‑center environment is highly desirable.
