What You'll Do

As a Client Support Coordinator at arenaflex, you will serve as the primary liaison for record labels and digital service provider (DSP) partners who rely on our software for music distribution and royalty management. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of every release that passes through our platform. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Quality Assurance for Digital Releases: Reviewing and verifying digital releases before they are delivered to DSPs such as Spotify, Apple Music, and other global streaming platforms, ensuring metadata accuracy and compliance with platform specifications.
  • Client and Partner Liaison: Acting as the first point of contact for record labels and partners, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing clear, timely, and professional support.
  • Product Engagement: Working closely with arenaflex's wide array of products and services, developing a deep understanding of our tools and how they serve our clients' needs.
  • Problem Solving: Analyzing issues methodically, identifying root causes, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
  • Process Improvement: Contributing ideas to enhance workflows, documentation, and client experience as we continue to scale globally.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with teams across operations, technical support, and account management to ensure seamless service delivery.
