About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join reputed company, supporting US-based customers with their prescription benefits questions and concerns. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide top-notch service, addressing inquiries regarding claims, deductibles, coverage, and more. You don't need a background in healthcare or insurance; just a passion for learning, a desire to understand concerns, and a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of others. You will take inbound calls in both Spanish and English, utilizing your bilingual skills to provide seamless support to our diverse customer reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
- Must be fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Answer inbound calls from US customers, addressing questions and concerns regarding their prescription healthcare benefits
- Provide accurate information about insurance coverage, benefit plans, copays, and coverage determination
- Handle prescription refills, order status updates, and tracking with precision and efficiency
- Educate customers on online self-service options, troubleshooting issues, and promoting a positive user experience
- Empathize with customers, resolving concerns and simplifying their healthcare experience
- Navigate multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy, adapting to new call types and business needs as required
Work from Home Requirements To ensure a productive and efficient work environment, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- High-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps (no satellite, WiFi, or cellular/wireless reputed company internet services)

Additional Requirements

- Knowledge of healthcare insurance, prescription dispensing requirements, customer education, and routine assessments is a plus
- Customer-focused personality with excellent problem-solving skills
- Full-time schedule availability to meet business needs, including weekends
