reputed company Coordinator & Dispatcher $16/hour + Performance Bonuses Precision Clean is seeking a dependable Office Coordinator & Dispatcher to support our residential, commercial, and reputed company cleaning divisions. This is a remote position; however, applicants must live locally and be available for weekly in-person meetings. What You'll Do:

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
• Follow up with new leads and quote requests
• Schedule and reputed company cleaning appointments
• Assist with hiring and onboarding tasks
• Send invoices and maintain customer records
• Coordinate communication between clients and cleaning teams
• Help resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes
