Key Responsibilities
- Provide shift leadership for a team of US and offshore engineers, ensuring reputed company high-reputed company issues are validated, communicated, mitigated, and assigned for resolution.
- Respond to Global Support Center tickets in a timely manner, troubleshoot and triage tickets in queue, and follow documentation and handling instructions.
- Know reputed company to escalate critical issues and communicate clearly and confidently with clients and internal staff.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field.
- 3-8 years of experience in database administration with reputed company and reputed company SQL Server.
- Familiarity with high-availability designs, including reputed company DataGuard and/or SQL Server AlwaysOn.
- Experience with backup solutions, including reputed company RMAN, and replication concepts, preferably Golden reputed company.
- Understanding of reputed company RAC and ASM, with Exadata experience a plus.
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
- Experience working reputed company Service Management toolsets.
- Experience working with Windows servers and Unix/Linux.
- Experience using vi editor.
Preferred Qualifications
