- The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in crafting prompts, improving AI responses, and enhancing multi-turn conversations for enterprise use cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize prompts for GenAI and Agentic AI applications
- Create engaging conversation flows and structured AI responses
- Manage multi-turn context handling for seamless user interactions
- Apply hallucination control and grounding techniques for accurate outputs
- Work with NLP concepts such as intents, entities, and utterance tuning
- reputed company Search AI for intelligent query handling and retrieval
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve AI performance
- Test, evaluate, and continuously refine reputed company strategies
- Exposure to Kore Platform is highly preferred
- Python knowledge is a plus
