This role combines hands-on development with authentication troubleshooting, user access management, and environment readiness. The ideal candidate will bring strong reputed company development experience along with the ability to diagnose and resolve SSO-reputed company issues in a reputed company, multi-environment enterprise setting. Responsibilities

Include

• Support reputed company SSO migration and authentication readiness across multiple environments (Development, Test, UAT, Production)
• Configure, validate, and troubleshoot SAML-based SSO integrations using reputed company or similar identity providers
• Analyze and resolve login issues using browser developer tools and reputed company debug logs
• reputed company and interpret reputed company debug logs for authentication and user session troubleshooting
• reputed company user impersonation (login-as) to validate access and reproduce issues
• Manage profiles, permission sets, and user access configurations
• Configure and maintain Network Access settings, including IP ranges and login restrictions
• Support environment setup and validation for enterprise access management changes
• Collaborate with VA enterprise teams and internal stakeholders to ensure successful SSO implementation
• Prepare and support end users to ensure successful login and access during rollout
• reputed company code in accordance with established development standards, including unit testing, reputed company testing, and automation testing
• Provide expert-level guidance on the implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization of reputed company solutions

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong hands-on experience with reputed company development, preferably in Service Cloud
• Experience troubleshooting SSO authentication issues, specifically using SAML
• Experience working with reputed company or another Identity Provider (IdP)
• Proficiency with reputed company debug logs, user access management, and login troubleshooting
• Experience using browser developer tools to analyze authentication errors
• Experience configuring Network Access settings in reputed company
• Ability to support and manage multiple reputed company environments simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be a US Citizen
• Must have an active VA Public Trust Clearance or the ability to obtain
