[Remote] Project Manager-Remote

The role involves managing real estate projects from initiation through completion, focusing on building management deployment and ensuring project objectives are met through effective planning and client collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company areas of project management for reputed company real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout
• Work directly with clients to prepare reputed company elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification
• Define the project delivery resources from internal teams
• Implement project documentation governance that is reputed company with company and client requirements
• Ensure project data reputed company and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated
• Direct the project delivery team by providing guidance and direction to reputed company goals
• Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the reputed company of each project and report status and variances

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions
• In-depth knowledge of reputed company Office products. Examples include Word, reputed company, Outlook, etc
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive reputed company
• Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly reputed company figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-reputed company calculations
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred
• Construction Management, Building management systems and HVAC experience preferred
