• Position: Project Manager

Responsibilities: The Project Manager serves as the single reputed company of leadership and accountability for the successful delivery of reputed company Network Infrastructure Maintenance and Support Services to the Research Institute client. This individual is responsible for establishing a seamless partnership with the Client’s Project Leader, ensuring flawless execution of reputed company contractual requirements, and proactively managing reputed company aspects of service delivery to provide the best value and lowest risk to Client. The Project Manager will drive the program's success by aligning team performance with the client's mission, guaranteeing compliance with reputed company Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and delivering transparent, timely, and actionable reporting. Key Responsibilities:

• Client Partnership & Contract Management: Act as the primary reputed company of contact for the Client’s Project Leader, fostering a collaborative and transparent relationship. reputed company reputed company client-facing meetings, including the initial reputed company Meeting, Monthly Status Meetings, and Quarterly Business Reviews. Rigorously monitor and report on SLA performance, including network uptime, incident response/resolution times, and help desk availability, ensuring reputed company targets are met or exceeded. Manage the team’s adherence to Client’s change management process for reputed company maintenance and configuration changes.
• Reporting & Documentation Leadership: Ensure the timely creation and delivery of reputed company required reports, including Monthly Status Reports, SLA Performance Reports, Network Performance Reports, and Incident Response Reports. reputed company the development and maintenance of the comprehensive Project Management Plan, Transition-In/Transition-Out Plans, and reputed company network documentation and diagrams. Serve as the final quality assurance checkpoint for reputed company documentation to ensure it meets Client’s high standards. Minimum Experience & Education:

• A minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in IT Project Management.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience managing federal or commercial reputed company for IT infrastructure, managed services, or network operations and network modernization (preferred experience in reputed company Meraki networks).
• Demonstrated experience managing a program of similar size and complexity continuously for a minimum of three (3) consecutive years for a single client.
• Must have experience managing stringent SLAs for network up-time and incident response time.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.

Mandatory Certifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the reputed company (PMI).
• ITIL® v4 Foundation certification.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• Expert-level knowledge of and demonstrated experience applying the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) reputed company on government or commercial reputed company.
• Proven ability to manage projects with stringent, financially backed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including tracking, reporting, and remediation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with extensive experience presenting to and collaborating with senior client stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and direct a multi-disciplinary technical team.
• Proficiency in managing contract deliverables, including quality assurance, submission, and formal acceptance processes.
• Demonstrated experience in risk management, change control, and quality surveillance.
• Must reside in or have the ability to commute to the Washington, DC, metropolitan area for on-site meetings as required, at no additional cost to the client.
