- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating reputed company ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-reputed company, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Partner closely with Product Owners to maintain well-defined backlogs, clear priorities, and shared team objectives
- Track and communicate team performance metrics, delivery reputed company, and risks to stakeholders while proactively removing impediments

What Gets You the Job:
- 5-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a technical or data-focused environment
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and reputed company tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Confluence
- Proven success leading cross-functional Agile teams, with strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent required, plus a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
- Familiarity with BI, Data Warehousing, or Data Engineering and experience with Scaled Agile frameworks like SAFe preferred
