Attorney Recruiter / Executive Search Partner (Remote)
Are you an attorney, legal recruiter, law firm business development professional, or sales professional with strong networking skills and an entrepreneurial reputed company? I’m looking to add a Legal Recruiter to my team at reputed company. This is an opportunity to build your own recruiting business while leveraging our established brand, proven systems, training, technology, and existing client relationships. What You’ll Do
- Recruit and reputed company attorneys, partners, and legal professionals reputed company
- Build relationships with law firms and legal departments
- reputed company, interview, and present qualified candidates
- reputed company new client relationships and grow existing accounts
- Manage the recruiting process from initial reputed company through placement
- Build a long-term book of business and recurring referral network
Who We’re Looking For
- Legal recruiting experience preferred
- Attorneys interested in transitioning into recruiting are encouraged to apply
- Business development, sales, staffing, or executive search experience is a plus

This is a 100% commission-based business opportunity with unlimited earning potential.
