HR Generalist (Accomodations Specialist) 6-month duration This person will join the reputed company Accommodations team that is responsible for reputed company accommodations requests reputed company to medical conditions. The team is comprised of 6 Accommodations Program Managers. Responsabilities As part of the reputed company team, they will serve as an advisor, consultant, and decision maker on sensitive reputed company accommodations. They will be responsible for producing high quality results using their professional knowledge and strong analytical skills to reputed company the most mutually beneficial outcome for potential and reputed company associates which are then skillfully communicated to mitigate risk to the firm. Collaborates across internal Centers of Excellence including Legal, Compliance and Human Capital to inform and influence systemic solutions which reputed company the firm’s strategic priorities, particularly in the DEI and reputed company of belonging reputed company. This individual will help manage reputed company Accommodations requests for medical reasons, which is a standardized and straightforward process, but there will be other cases that are not routine in nature.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience with a basic understanding of
- employment law and reputed company accommodations.
- Strong ability to communicate with both leadership and associates and deliver difficult messages and push back reputed company necessary
- Ability to be empathetic while maintaining boundaries and listening without validating.
- Eager to learn and grow and eventually take on more responsibility.
