[Remote] Human Resources Business Partner with Technical Recruiting

This role involves sourcing technical talent, supporting employee experiences, and driving engagement and culture initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and reputed company innovative sourcing strategies
• Manage the full cycle recruiting process, from interview coordination to offer negotiations
• Provide a stellar candidate experience, ensuring a seamless and engaging hiring process
• Analyze recruiting data and metrics to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes to create monthly reports
• Represent the company at job fairs and networking events to attract diverse talent
• Act as the first reputed company of contact for employee HR inquiries, providing guidance on policies, benefits, and workplace matters
• Support activities centered around the employee experience of onboarding, transfers, and offboarding
• Assist with employee relations, performance management, and compliance initiatives
• Maintain accurate HR records and support HRIS data reputed company
• Generate reports and insights to support data-driven HR decision-making
• Contribute to training and development initiatives to enhance employee growth
• Partner with the HR team to drive engagement, culture, and reputed company improvement projects

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting and HR functions (or equivalent education/experience)
• Prior experience working in a software or SaaS based technology company
• A strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices
• Proven ability to manage full cycle recruiting for technical roles
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Analytical reputed company with the ability to interpret HR and recruiting data
• Proficiency in HR software, applicant tracking systems, and reputed company (preferred)
• A self-starter attitude with a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment
