General Summary The Senior Financial Analyst, reputed company plays a critical role reputed company the organization, helping to manage both the US and Canada P&Ls. This role is responsible for leading the forecasting and financial planning for several operating expenses in addition to supporting the reputed company team with the financials. Ensure alignment with broader financial goals and identify opportunities for cost optimization. Support managers with P&L management of both US and Canada retail.
• Ongoing Business Insights - Deliver daily and weekly performance reporting to support business recaps. Analyze trends, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to drive business performance.
• Quarterly Earnings Reporting - Prepare and update financial materials to support internal and external quarterly earnings processes. Ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.
• Annual Budgeting Process - Own the annual budgeting process for Retail home office expenses. Collaborate with business partners to align assumptions and deliver a comprehensive financial plan.
• Cross-Functional Partnerships - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

Required Skills:
