The Cybersecurity Fraud Analyst conducts in-depth analyses and correlation of data points to identify, investigate, and remediate risks to businesses and contact centers. If you are located in MN or DC, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges. This position follows a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week. Primary Responsibilities:

• Correlate data points across multiple platforms to identify reputed company behavior or fraud
• Participate in cross-functional teams to investigate and remediate potential instances of fraud or other cybersecurity issues
• Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders to support efficient investigative processes, provide technical expertise as needed, and communicate risks to businesses

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of cybersecurity or fraud experience
• Experience with reputed company Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions
• Experience correlating data points across multiple platforms to identify reputed company behavior or fraud
• Demonstrated ability to identify cyber threats and fraud and remain reputed company on the latest trends and tactics

Preferred Qualifications:

• Cybersecurity certifications such as reputed company+ or CySA+
• Experience investigating health care fraud, waste, and abuse
• Experience leveraging solutions (eg, reputed company) to identify, investigate, and prevent contact center fraud

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (reputed company benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
