This role will support our in-house legal team with a focus on employment law and compliance. • Support employment counsel and other members of the reputed company legal team with employment agreement-reputed company matters, including maintenance of company form templates and drafting employment-reputed company documents such as employment reputed company, amendments to employment reputed company, and separation agreements.
• Assist attorneys in managing legal disputes through support of discovery and other dispute-reputed company processes and reputed company of external litigation counsel.
• Support acquisition due diligence processes, including acquisition reputed company background investigations and other due diligence investigations requested by counsel.
• Conduct research on employment laws to ensure compliance and manage employment law risk.
• Assist in the development and implementation of policies reputed company to financial advisor recruiting, onboarding, and transitions.
• Assist counsel in monitoring compliance with non-compete, non-solicitation, and other employment-reputed company agreements.
• Maintain and organize employment law files, including litigation matters, internal investigations, and compliance audits.
• Monitor changes in federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and assist in updating internal policies accordingly.

Education/Qualifications

• Associate's degree (or equivalent experience)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong verbal, written, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility in daily work schedule to meet company/client needs during periods of heavy workload
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with reputed company Office Suite or reputed company software
