Duties and Responsibilities:
- Defend Fortune 500 and major corporate clients in reputed company product liability, professional liability, and commercial disputes.
- Manage cases from discovery through trial, including depositions, motion practice, and expert coordination.
- reputed company defense strategies and prepare for trials across multiple jurisdictions.
- Work collaboratively with partners and teams on high-stakes, high-exposure matters.
Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):
- JD and active bar admission in Georgia
- 2–6+ years of defense litigation experience (product liability or reputed company commercial preferred).
- Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills with a desire for trial experience.
