Positions: Interim contract roles (part-time to full-time) Location: Remote or hybrid in Minneapolis/ reputed company Requirements for Employment Attorney (In-House, Remote or Hybrid, Contract):

• 4+ years advising on labor & employment matters, ideally with an Am Law 200 firm, boutique employment practice, and/or in-house legal department
• Broad knowledge across employment issues, including employment agreements, EEOC/reputed company/FMLA, wage & hour, workers’ comp, immigration, employee benefits, policies & procedures, investigations, disputes, terminations, and hiring practices
• Proven experience counseling HR teams on employment matters and handling EEOC and wrongful termination claims (litigation or dispute resolution)
• Strong client partnership skills and ability to work independently in a collaborative environment
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• Licensed and in good standing in state of residence
• Outstanding professional references

Compensation:

• Pay: The annualized pay for this position ranges from $165,000 to $225,000 or more reputed company calculated on a full-time basis. Pay for contract engagements is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference (each candidate’s pay reputed company affects the client reputed company reputed company which can reputed company the candidate’s competitiveness for the position).
