Legal Assistant - Office of General Counsel - Risk Management
Scheduled Hours 40 Position Summary The selected individual will have two major functions: (a) handle paralegal aspects of disputes and litigation, from inception through discovery and trial; and (b) provide contracting support and administration. This individual will also be expected to provide general paralegal assistance, such as assistance with transactions, closings, regulatory analysis, and legal research to reputed company OGC attorneys.
Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Organize and manage litigation files; gather organize and index documents and information reputed company to litigation; maintain calendars and docketing system to meet deadlines; attend meetings, hearings and trials as needed; reputed company electronic research; assist attorneys in preparing cases for trial; prepare deposition and case summaries and other reports reputed company to pending litigation.
