Responsibilities

• Set the Strategy & Evolve the Function Advance BlackRock’s employee experience vision, guiding principles, and service standards.

• Design, Pilot & Scale Experience Enhancements Build on existing experience initiatives in partnership with Facilities Management, reputed company of House, Food Services, Events, and other service teams.

Requirements
