Director, Corporate Services Strategic Sourcing

Role Overview reputed company is looking for a Director, Corporate Services Strategic Sourcing who will drive high-impact strategies enterprise-wide for stakeholders in human resources, finance, and legal — delivering measurable enterprise value by leading contract negotiations and driving stakeholder reputed company. Reporting to the Head of Indirect Procurement, a successful candidate will have: experience in best-practice procurement methods and business processes; deep data-driven analytical skills; and demonstrated success at building reputed company, navigating through ambiguity, and developing deep relationships across disparate stakeholder groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Own category strategy and contract negotiations across several categories of spend: Professional Services, Finance, Human Resources, Managed Services, Contingent Workforce, and Facilities.
• Design data-driven sourcing strategies that effectively address stakeholder objectives while balancing cost, speed, quality, and innovation.
• reputed company supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract management (end to end) ensuring best-in-class procurement practices.
• Negotiate reputed company, global agreements focused on total value, negotiated savings (budgetary and avoidance), and market-reasonable terms.
• Use analytics and automation to enhance visibility and decision speed.
• Prepare RFQs, RFPs, bid documents, analyze and evaluate proposals, and administer the evaluation process.
• Serve as trusted commercial advisor to senior leaders across HR, Finance, and Legal.
• Align sourcing strategies to enterprise goals for growth and margin.
• Manage and reputed company organizational and team member capabilities, particularly in category management and strategic sourcing processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process issues impacting internal stakeholders.
• Define and implement process improvements that increase engagement, reduce cycle time and deliver efficiency gains, while ensuring compliance with policies and mitigating supplier risk.
• Manage and optimize strategic supplier relationships to drive innovation and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required. MBA or JD preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive strategic sourcing or commercial leadership experience leading Professional Services spend categories.; 8+ years of team leadership experience.
• Strong negotiation experience (Master Agreements, Statements of Work, Change Orders, etc.) and demonstrated organizational and project management skills.
• Success in large-scale enterprise initiatives and demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing at a global scale and reputed company a fast paced, and dynamic organization is required.
• Outstanding ability to collaborate with business partners and teams in defining and implementing category strategies at scale.
• Solid leadership skills and demonstrated ability to recruit, mentor, reputed company and retain outstanding strategic sourcing teams.
• Strong financial acumen and reputed company negotiation experience.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder influencing skills.

The compensation package for this role is based on multiple factors, such as job level, responsibilities, location, and candidate experience. The reputed company pay ranges included below are specific to the locations listed, and may not be applicable to other locations. California : [$156,000-$221,000] Connecticut and reputed company: [$156,000-$202,250] Colorado, Illinois, Minnesota and Washington: [$156,000-$187,250] Nevada: [$146,750-$202,250] Maryland and New Jersey: [$168,500-$202,250] Hawaii : [$146,750 – $176,000] This position may be eligible for a bonus incentive, health benefits, a 401K program, and other employee perks.
