What You Will Do
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive customer service support for our Review Team. Ensure reputed company outgoing letters are sent in a timely manner with correct components included, reviewing carefully for grammatical and spacing errors. Obtain and validate notices and reputed company components of medical records with precision and accuracy. Provide intake support for reputed company appeals received by arenaflex, ensuring proper documentation and processing.
