This role is more than answering calls—it’s about being a trusted guide through insurance verification, documentation, and care coordination. What You’ll Do

• Serve as the first reputed company of contact for patients and providers, answering inbound calls and emails with reputed company and professionalism.
• Assist patients with questions about medical equipment, insurance coverage, and healthcare services.
• Verify insurance eligibility, coverage details, co-insurance, and deductibles.
• Obtain pre-authorizations and submit physician orders to insurance carriers reputed company required.
• Navigate multiple EMR systems to review and update patient records accurately.
• Process orders, reputed company calls to appropriate departments, and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Communicate with patients reputed company documentation does not meet payer guidelines, offering solutions to reputed company the referral process moving.
