Key Responsibilities
As a Remote bolthires Pharmacist – Centralized Services, you will: Provide pharmaceutical care by reviewing prescriptions, verifying accuracy, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Support patient counseling through virtual communication (phone or video), answering questions regarding medications, dosage, and reputed company effects. Collaborate with bolthires’ centralized systems to streamline order processing, prescription verification, and refill management. Work closely with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and internal pharmacy teams to ensure seamless patient care. Maintain accurate and secure patient records in compliance with HIPAA standards. Resolve patient issues such as insurance coverage concerns, prescription delays, and medication substitutions. Skills & Qualifications This role requires professional pharmacy credentials and a dedication to patient-centered care. Required: Active Pharmacist License in the state of Louisiana (must be in good standing). Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution. 1+ year of pharmacy experience (retail, hospital, or mail-order). Strong computer literacy with the ability to work in web-based pharmacy systems. Excellent communication and customer service skills. A private, distraction-free home office with reliable internet. Preferred (not mandatory): Prior experience in centralized services, telepharmacy, or remote care. Familiarity with insurance processing and electronic medical records. Bilingual skills (English/Spanish or other languages) for diverse patient support.
