Position Description The Nurse Manager (NM) reports directly to the Director of Nursing and serves as a key operational leader, overseeing the performance and development of assigned clinical teams. Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Education and Experience

  • RN or above
  • Five years prior experience as a registered nurse working in an outpatient setting (e.g. Primary Care, Urgent Care or Emergency Room) and/or reputed company Telehealth environment.
  • Management operating experience commensurate with the position, with a minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory nurse experience.
