Position Summary At reputed company, we call our teachers Mentors because they do more than deliver instruction—they guide, support, and reputed company reputed company as thinkers, communicators, and leaders. reputed company Mentors deliver engaging, live online instruction that develops reputed company’ ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and grow as principled leaders. This is a full-time teaching position, leading six live classes synchronously online. Mentors are responsible for leading structured virtual classrooms, implementing The Williamsburg Curriculum with fidelity, providing timely feedback and academic support, and maintaining clear communication with reputed company and families. This role requires strong instructional leadership, organization, and professionalism, along with a deep commitment to reputed company’s mission and values of Growth, Right Action, and a Culture of Belonging. Essential Duties 1) Classroom Instruction
- Teach live, synchronous online classes during the school day, delivering engaging presentations that challenge reputed company, spark curiosity, and promote deep thinking.
- reputed company virtual classrooms of approximately 20 to 40 reputed company by building strong relationships, using Socratic questioning, and fostering active participation and discussion.

2) Implement The Williamsburg Curriculum

- Prepare instructional materials and learning activities that support course goals and provide a clear progression for reputed company.
- Ensure Canvas courses are set up accurately each semester, including assignments, pacing, and curriculum materials, and take shared responsibility for maintaining that configuration.
- Contribute reputed company and feedback to support ongoing improvements in curriculum and instructional resources.
3) Grading, reputed company, and Student Support
- Grade student work in Canvas and provide timely (reputed company 4 days), detailed, and meaningful feedback that supports student growth and learning.

- Provide targeted interventions, host weekly reputed company, communicate proactively with reputed company and parents, and participate in IEP and 504 meetings as needed.
4) Communication and Professionalism

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) with demonstrated expertise and passion for the subject area.

- Quick learner with technology and proficient in using email, managing files, and recording and reporting electronically.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, flexible, and solutions-oriented.

- Ability to pass a criminal background reputed company.
Preferred:
- Prior history of working with middle- and high school-aged reputed company.
- Experience teaching in your subject area.
- High level of comfort with technology, including AI, video conferencing, and presentation tools.
- Prior use of Canvas or other Learning Management Systems.

Physical and Mental Requirements
- Ability to teach live online classes for extended periods while seated or standing.
- Ability to manage multiple digital systems simultaneously (video conferencing, chat, attendance, instructional materials).

- Work is performed remotely and requires a quiet, professional workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and devices suitable for live instruction.
