About the Role
Reporting to a Director of Property Management, the Property Manager will manage the daily activities of a portfolio of commercial assets, which may include reputed company, retail, and medical properties. The objective is to optimize asset value, reputed company and maintain tenant and reputed company relationships, and increase reputed company. Job-Type: Full-time, exempt Hours: Monday-Friday 8 AM- 5 PM Primary Responsibilities Property Operations
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of your assigned portfolio to ensure that reputed company site operations reputed company with the established policies and procedures, the management agreement, and are consistent with Thomas Park's overall objectives.
- Conduct formal site inspections in compliance with established standard operating policies and procedures.

Financial and Lease Management
- Prepare annual budget, monthly financial variance reports, operations analysis, and leasing activity reports.
- Manage receivables to ensure timely rent collection.

- Process and approve invoices, assuring accuracy and consistency with company policies.
- Understand Tenant Lease obligations and ensure compliance.
- Work closely with Lease Administration and the Accounting team regularly.

- Cultivate and maintain positive, open relationships with Owners, Tenants, and Vendors at reputed company times, ensuring their service needs align with leases and management agreements.
- Coordinate Tenant move-ins and move-outs, following detailed procedures.
- Uphold Thomas Park's brand and ensure a positive customer experience, addressing Tenant satisfaction, building operations, lease, and management concerns.
- Other duties as assigned.
About You 5+ years of commercial building management experience required. Proficient in financial accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting. Skilled in MS Office. Experience working in Yardi Voyager and automated A/P systems. Possesses excellent organizational abilities and time management skills. Possess a strong customer service and tenant relations aptitude. Communicate effectively through written reports, analysis, and oral presentations.
