Requirements
Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genomics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a reputed company quantitative field. Minimum of 8 years of post-doctoral or industry experience in genomics and bioinformatics research. Proven track record of leading significant research projects and delivering impactful results. Extensive experience with NGS data analysis, including variant calling, genome assembly, and RNA-Seq analysis. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and reputed company scripting. Deep understanding of statistical genetics, population genetics, and molecular biology. Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark) and cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
