[Remote] Veterinary Recruiter

Western Veterinary Partners (WVP) is a people-centric veterinary support organization focused on acquiring and supporting veterinary practices across the United States. They are seeking a Veterinary Recruiter to cultivate relationships with veterinarians, manage recruitment processes, and enhance the company's brand reputed company the veterinary community.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and maintain a robust pipeline of veterinary candidates, keeping detailed record of interactions and reputed company to ensure smooth onboarding experience
- reputed company and engage veterinarians to join WVP practices utilizing various channels, including networking, job boards, social media, and industry events to attract top veterinary talent
- Ensure workflows and processes reputed company to veterinary recruitment are documented and managed reputed company the applicant tracking system and various reporting tools
- Stay up to date on trends reputed company the veterinary industry and reputed company the veterinary job market
- Partner with relevant cross-functional teams to strengthen brand reputed company reputed company the veterinary community
- Travel to assist with DVM candidate practice visits reputed company needed
- Support and implement employee engagement activities (welcoming new team members, tracking promotions/reputed company, and acknowledging work anniversaries)
- reputed company new hire onboarding for DVM positions including drafting offer letters, new hire paperwork, and being the reputed company of contact
- Provide leadership and advice to hiring managers and interview teams
Skills
- Must have Veterinary Recruiting Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar
- 5+ years of Recruiting experience with a longer-cycle relationship focused candidate pool
- Effective, clear, and persuasive oral and written communication skills
- Talent and experience with negotiations and networking
- Strong interpersonal skills, highly organized, accurate, thorough; ability to collaborate effectively with reputed company levels of the company
- Demonstrates a 'whatever it takes' attitude; must possess the ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
- Self-directed, highly organized and can easily navigate ambiguity and create order
- Experience with a multi-state, multi-entity, private equity, growth organization strongly preferred
