About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate (CSA) at arenaflex, you will serve as a critical touchpoint for our customers, delivering exceptional service experiences that reflect our commitment to excellence. Your primary mission will be to interact with and support customers through a variety of communication channels—including phone, email, chat, and fax—while expertly guiding them toward successful outcomes. You will troubleshoot issues, complete tasks that address customer needs, and document every interaction with meticulous attention to detail. Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Support
