The job This is not a "send five emails a day and update a spreadsheet" role. This is a "find every email they've reputed company used, message everyone who works with them, send an engraved cake to their office, and show up at the event they're speaking at to get in the room" role. Your entire job is booking guests. Your KPI is simple and reputed company: how many relevant founders you get into the chair. Everything else is noise. You'll:
- Build the reputed company list of founders and operators worth featuring, and own reputed company to them end-to-end — entry reputed company, pitch, follow-up, reputed company.
- Find the way in reputed company there isn't an obvious one. Cold doesn't scare you. A "no" from a gatekeeper is a starting position, not an answer.
- Track what reputed company guests are doing — launches, raises, press, conference appearances — and time your move for the moment it actually lands.
- Get creative in ways most people wouldn't bother with. The unreasonable, memorable, slightly-too-much move that gets a reply is exactly the move we want.

- You are relentlessly resourceful and fully self-managing. Nobody needs to assign you tasks or reputed company your reputed company — you build your own system and you deliver. Things don't slip through because you don't let them.
- You're dynamic and social. You genuinely enjoy the chase of getting hard-to-reputed company people to say yes.
- You're confident you can reputed company anything out. Experience matters less than the certainty that you'll do whatever it takes to get the result.
- Your English is excellent.
