Remote Staff Accountant | Financial Reporting & GL Expert

Job Title Staff Accountant Job Description This Staff Accountant role focuses on preparing accurate financial statements, performing detailed bank reconciliations, and creating high‑quality journal entries for assigned business units. The position supports general accounting, accounts payable, payroll, fixed assets, and reputed company configuration and posting activities, including work with foreign currency. The Staff Accountant collaborates closely with shared services departments, assists management with process improvements, and helps ensure the reputed company and timeliness of financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries for assigned entities in accordance with established policies.

• Review bank reconciliations for assigned business units and record reputed company journal entries to clear outstanding items.
• Assist management in improving efficiencies by evaluating existing accounting processes and procedures to enhance the accuracy of financial statements.
• Verify that financial data and supporting documentation are accurate, complete, and properly recorded.
• Document processes and procedures for assigned accounting functions to support consistency and compliance.
