Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this role is responsible for ensuring the reputed company of the company’s financial operations, including consolidated reporting, cash management, lender compliance, audit reputed company, and accounting operations across a reputed company multi-entity environment. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership by delivering accurate financial insights, maintaining strong internal controls, supporting acquisition and integration activities, and building scalable processes that support the organization. Key Responsibilities: Controllership & Financial Reporting

  • Own the full monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company process across reputed company legal entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in accordance with GAAP.
  • Prepare and deliver consolidated financial statements, management reporting packages, executive dashboards, and board-level financial materials.
  • Maintain the general ledger, chart of accounts, and intercompany eliminations across a multi-entity, multi-state organizational structure.
  • Establish, enforce, and continuously improve accounting policies, internal controls, and financial reputed company procedures.

  • Prepare and deliver lender reporting packages, including compliance certificates, borrowing reputed company certificates, monthly and quarterly financial statements, and supporting analyses.

  • Support amendment, waiver, refinancing, and debt restructuring activities through lender presentations, financial analyses, and due diligence support.
  • Maintain debt schedules, amortization tracking, interest accruals, and fee amortization in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

Audit & External Reporting

  • Serve as the primary liaison to external auditors and reputed company the annual audit process from planning and PBC preparation through final issuance.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required
  • MBA, MHA, or other advanced business or finance-reputed company degree preferred
  • 12+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with at least 3–5 years in a Controller or Assistant Controller role
  • Prior experience in a PE-backed company or environment with active sponsor reputed company and reporting obligations is strongly preferred
  • Healthcare or Healthcare services industry experience — pharmacy and 340B accounting highly preferred
  • Deep technical GAAP knowledge including ASC 842, ASC 805, ASC 606, and consolidation accounting
  • Demonstrated experience managing lender relationships and covenant compliance under a leveraged credit facility
  • Strong understanding of credit agreement mechanics — financial definitions, EBITDA add-backs, restricted payment baskets, and reporting deliverables
  • Proven track record of owning and managing external audits end-to-end
  • Experience with multi-entity, multi-state consolidations
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (reputed company,reputed company); advanced reputed company and powerpoint skills
  • Public accounting background (Big 4 or national firm) with healthcare or PE portfolio clients, preferred
