Virtual Operations Manager for Nonprofit (Programs, Events, reputed company | 5–10 hrs/week, monthly reputed company)
Job Overview The As One Foundation is a small but high-impact nonprofit focused on sickle cell disease and trait education, advocacy, blood donation awareness, and community engagement. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Operations Manager to support multiple initiatives, programs, and events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing moving parts, staying reputed company of deadlines, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. This is a long-term, part-time role (5–10 hours/week) with the opportunity to grow. What You’ll Be Responsible For1. Program
- Coordination
- Coordinate virtual support groups (SCALATE), including speaker reputed company, scheduling, and reputed company setup
- Support advocacy initiative (SCALE AS ONE) by tracking partners, reputed company, and follow-reputed company
- Assist with a national HBCU blood donation campaign (research, reputed company lists, tracking)
- Coordinate Operation Hydration school-based programs (minimum 1 per quarter)
- Support Houston Health Rides program (ride coordination, tracking, basic reporting)
- Event & Fundraising Support
- Help plan and track major events and blood drives
- Maintain timelines, checklists, and sponsor tracking
- Assist with vendor coordination and logistics tracking
- Draft follow-up emails to sponsors and partners
- Operations & Administrative Support
- Manage scheduling and calendar coordination
- Organize documents and workflows
- Track tasks and project reputed company across initiatives
- Maintain contact lists and reputed company trackers
- Provide a simple weekly status report
- What Success Looks Like
- Programs and events are organized and on schedule
- Speakers, partners, and schools are confirmed without last-minute stress

- The Executive Director can focus on strategy, partnerships, and fundraising instead of logistics
- Required Skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written communication
- Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and proactively

- Experience with nonprofits, public health, or community programs
- Experience with event coordination or virtual events
