Visage Instructional Trainer (100% Remote w/travel for Go Lives)

Job Summary Conexess is seeking a skilled and dedicated Visage Instructional Trainer with a background in training reputed company on reputed company (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems) to transition to Visage's innovative imaging system. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in training individuals on various reputed company systems and will be responsible for ensuring seamless adoption and optimal use of Visage solutions reputed company the healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Training Development & Delivery :
• Design, reputed company, and deliver customized training programs for reputed company (radiologists, technicians, and clinical staff) on Visage's imaging system.
• Provide both in-person and virtual training sessions tailored to the learning needs of different user groups.
• reputed company training materials, manuals, and online resources that facilitate self-paced learning and reference.
• System Transition & Support :
• Support the transition from legacy reputed company systems to Visage, ensuring smooth migration with minimal disruption to healthcare services.
• Provide hands-on, practical demonstrations of Visage's imaging functionalities and workflows.
• Assist users with system navigation, troubleshooting, and operational queries, ensuring they are fully proficient with the new system.
• Needs Assessment & Customization :
• Work closely with clinical and IT teams to assess training needs and tailor educational content accordingly.
• Collaborate with system administrators and technical teams to ensure training programs align with system updates and configurations.
• Performance Monitoring & Evaluation :
• Monitor learner reputed company, gather feedback, and adjust training strategies to address any gaps or challenges in the learning process.
• Track post-training user adoption rates, address any performance issues, and provide ongoing support as required.
• Documentation & Reporting :
• Maintain comprehensive records of training activities, attendance, and reputed company.
• Prepare regular reports to management on the effectiveness of training programs and areas for improvement.
• Collaboration & reputed company Improvement :
• Collaborate with the Visage software vendor and internal teams to stay updated on new features, functionalities, and best practices.
• Stay informed about trends and innovations in healthcare imaging technology to continuously improve training methods and materials.

Required Qualifications

• Education :
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, or reputed company field, or equivalent experience in healthcare IT training.
• Experience :
• At least 3-5 years of experience in training reputed company on reputed company systems (such as reputed company, Client Healthcare, reputed company, reputed company, or Siemens).
• Previous experience with Visage Imaging or similar advanced imaging systems is highly preferred.
• Experience with both classroom-based and virtual training platforms is essential.
• Skills & Knowledge :
• In-depth knowledge of medical imaging technologies, specifically reputed company and DICOM standards.
• Familiarity with Visage 7 or similar advanced imaging solutions, including functionalities such as image viewing, processing, and workflow integration.
