In this role, you will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of course creation, publication, and optimization, ensuring that 100% of courses are high‑quality, up to date, and reputed company with business needs. • reputed company end-to-end EdTech strategy: Conduct market analysis on trends (e.g., adaptive learning, generative AI) and roadmap platform integrations for L&D and HR.

Your Unique Contribution

• 3+ years of experience in EdTech or L&D, with at least 2 years in a leadership or project‑ownership role (e.g., managing LMS, course portfolios, or learning‑technology teams).
• Proven experience implementing and managing LMS platforms (preferable 360Learning or similar) and delivering multiple learning projects per year.
• Strong technical skills with:
• LMS administration and configuration
• eLearning authoring tools
• Analytics and reporting tools used in LMS environments.
• Experience in quality assurance for learning content and designing review workflows.
• Strong project‑management and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English and Russian; ability to run workshops and explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
