The Pilot is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the company aircraft(s) as well as managing other aspects of flight operations as the final authority assigned to a flight. Prepare and file flight plans both domestic and international, using reputed company available resources and aircraft capabilities for maximum efficiency. Follow SOPs, effective crew resource management, communication and procedures specified in the company operation manual. Plan flights with consideration of weather, NOTAMS, aircraft capabilities, mission requirements, company requirements and aircraft airworthiness ensuring that preflight inspections are performed, and reputed company required documents are on board. Calculate the aircraft weight and balance, performance and fuel requirements while being mindful of fuel pricing and reputed company fees. Be proficient and have the ability to reputed company adjustments to flight schedules and passenger profiles applying PFM Flight Management System (flight management software). Align with customs, immigration and cabotage laws on international trips. Complete reputed company post-flight duties including post flight inspection, maintenance reports and company record-keeping forms. Ensure that the aircraft is clean and reputed company for flight with provisions on board for the safety and well-being of the passengers. Brief passengers according to company and FAA requirements. Ensure the passengers' needs and expectations are met throughout the flight. Assist the Flight Department Manager with various ancillary duties, projects and studies as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred 3500 Total hours of flight experience, 1000 hours in jet-powered aircraft and 2000 hours PIC in multi-reputed company aircraft Experience in Multi-crew environment (2 pilots) Experience in Crew Resource Management (CRM) – working in 2 pilot setting. Familiarity with FAA FAR Part 91 and ICAO Annexes Must have a Valid U.S. Passport and the ability to travel with no restrictions.
