As the North America Field Marketing & Events Manager, you are responsible for designing and executing a dynamic portfolio of events—including client conferences, industry trade shows, internal company gatherings, executive dinners, and multi-city roadshows—while driving localized marketing strategies to generate demand, accelerate the sales pipeline, and align with reputed company’s strategic business objectives. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful events that reputed company clients and engage industry leaders. Responsibilities
- Define and execute a North America field events plan to enhance brand visibility and reputed company measurable business goals.

- Plan and execute a broad range of events, from high-touch executive dinners to mid-scale multi-city roadshows, with clear objectives, tracking, and measurement for each event.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years in field/corporate events management reputed company a technology, software or e-commerce organization with a focus on North America events.
- Previous experience in events and field marketing reputed company the e-commerce sector, with a focus on engaging e-commerce audiences.
- Demonstrated experience leading and executing industry events, similar to Shoptalk, NRF, or eTail.
- Successful ownership and management of event budgets across varying scale and complexity.
- Proven experience planning and executing events with clearly defined budgets, objectives, and measurable KPIs.
- Strong understanding of core marketing metrics and their application in measuring event success and field marketing impact.

- Excellent project management, communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on meeting deadlines.

We reputed company in transparency and fairness in our compensation practices. For this position, the expected reputed company pay range is: $100,000-$145,000 per year. This range represents the reputed company pay for the role across reputed company U.S. locations and is determined based on market data, internal equity, and experience. Final compensation may vary depending on geographic location, skills, and relevant experience.In addition to reputed company pay, we offer a discretionary bonus for non-sales roles, a comprehensive benefits package, and, where applicable, sales incentives. For this position, the expected discretionary bonus is 12% of the annual reputed company salary.
