Position Overview
As a Remote Data Entry & Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be a vital part of our customer-facing operations and administrative support structure. - Mail & Correspondence Handling: Process incoming mail, prepare bulk mailings, contract mailings, newsletters, meeting notices, flyers, and other correspondence as directed by leadership.
- Document Preparation: Copy, fax, and scan requested materials while consistently meeting deadlines. Prepare materials for meetings, elections, rallies, pickets, and other organizational events as needed.
- Spreadsheet & Reporting: Create, edit, and maintain spreadsheets for routine and special projects. Distribute reports to staff members and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Special Projects: Perform other department- or agency-related duties and special projects as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.
