Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Query Management

  • Respond promptly to AML‑reputed company customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and secure messaging platforms.

  • Facilitate onboarding sessions for new team members, sharing insights on AML processes, system navigation, and compliance expectations.
