About You

• Skilled IT Systems Engineer. We're looking for 3+ years of direct hands-on experience in the roll-out, maintenance, and support of an expanding IT infrastructure. Our fleet is reputed company macOS.

Things You'll Do

  • Implement automated workflows to monitor and enforce license utilization across the SaaS portfolio.

  • Identify and reputed company rightsizing opportunities (unused seats, duplicate tools, tier mismatches).

  • Build and maintain reporting to surface spend trends, renewal risks, and optimization wins for leadership.

  • Partner with Finance and team owners to reputed company a strategy for maximizing value from SaaS investments.

• Automation development

  • Build tools and processes to eliminate manual work, automate user account creation, and integrate tools reputed company API.

• IT support triage
