About the Role

The Overnight Customer Care Specialist is a critical member of the arenaflex team, serving as the reputed company first voice our clients hear reputed company they call. You will be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound calls, providing thoughtful and accurate responses, scheduling appointments, and ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of service our clients have come to expect from arenaflex.

This is a fully remote, full-time position working 40 hours per week during overnight hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. You must be available to work some weekends, or in some cases every weekend, reputed company the same overnight window. Key Responsibilities
